Let's begin

Updated: Aug 12, 2022

2021 brought a lot of upset in the lives of many people especially when it comes to the topic of food. Groceries were hard to come by for a while, you had to visit multiple stores or shop online in order to obtain the basic necessities you needed. Many have had to recreate meals or invent new ones based on what could be purchased.

Having a special or restricted diet makes meal planning exponentially harder, you have to search online for alternate ingredients which makes enjoying "normal" food almost impossible.

This situation is made worse when the person on the special diet is a child and you don't feel like they get to have a fun filled childhood full of the treats and goodies that other children get to enjoy.

The fact that my family was faced with this type of decision during the pandemic is what pushed me to create this resource...to help others struggling to find tasty products for their loved ones with special diets. So please take a look at the "Links" post for a list of resources/sites that I have frequented in my quest to give my loved one safe Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free and even Sugar Free/Limited sugar products.

I hope the information is beneficial to you!
