I love Ranch dressing, but for those that are on a special diet...some of the ingredients do not agree with them. This is a homemade ranch mix lovingly created by a family member for their special diet loved one.

You will need:

¼ cup Dried Parsley

1 tsp Dried Dill

2 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Minced Onion

1 tbsp. Dried Chives

1 tsp Mustard Powder

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

A dash of Bragg’s Apple Cider vinegar

Step one: Put all dry ingredients in a mini blender or in a small chopper

Step two: Grind the ingredients into a fine powder

Step three: Transfer the ingredients into an airtight container.

NOTE: You can use at least 3 tablespoons of this mixture per batch of dressing.

Step four: Add any mayonnaise/sour cream/non-dairy or vegan substitute you want (we use nondairy unsweetened almond milk, and Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayonnaise)

Step five: Add fresh minced garlic, and a dash of Bragg’s apple cider vinegar

Step six: Mix to desire consistency

Step seven: Refrigerate and enjoy!

NOTE: Use within a few days.

Added tip: The powdered ranch mixture can be used as a tradition dressing for salads or it can be converted to a dip by using a larger amount of Mayonnaise base. The mixture can also be added to cream cream cheese/non-dairy or vegan substitute to create your very own ranch cream cheese spread. Of course you sprinkle the ranch mixture on potatoes and bake them to make homemade ranch chips, the possibilities are endless!!!
